Ez a társadalmi felzárkózási politikának is fontos eszköze, a közösségi munka hatására az érintett emberek is együttműködnek a problémák megoldásában.  Az intézkedés kapcsán közösségi térségi, települési, illetve településrészi helyi identitást erősítő közösségfejlesztési folyamatok, közösségi részvételre épülő tervezési gyakorlatok alkalmazása, szabadidős, közbiztonsági és közlekedésbiztonsági programok valósulnak meg. A beavatkozások eredményeként fejlődik a közösség tagjainak egymás iránti felelősségtudata, a helyi civil társadalom megerősödése segíti a helyi közösségi konfliktusok megoldását és az önálló cselekvési képességek erősítését, erősödik a civil aktivitás, kialakulnak, illetve megerősödnek a szükséges kompetenciák, az önkéntesség, a helyi identitás, valamint a településhez, településrészekhez, térséghez való kötődés. A beavatkozás következtében a meglévő (humán) erőforrások felszínre kerülnek, az együttműködések következtében ezen erőforrások aktivizálódnak és minőségi változást hoznak a település, települési közösségek életében. 40 hónapos projektünket 1 fős projektmenedzsment szervezettel,4 fő szakmai megvalósítóval és egy fő szakmai vezetővel valósítjuk meg. Projekteredményként 337 fő bevonása kerül Pénzesgyőr településről, Bakonybél településről 1219 fő. A Szakmai megvalósításban a Nagycsaládosok Balatonalmádi Egyesülete nyújt segítséget. A települések lakosai összetartók lesznek, helyi igényük kielégítésre kerül, így a falvaknak népességmegtartó ereje lesz.  A 2 fő munkatárs közösségfejlesztő képzése megvalósul, valamint a célcsoport számára egyéb képzéseket is biztosítunk.  Bakonybél és Pénzesgyőr számára az ITS dokumentum elkészítése megtörténik. A közművelődési dokumentum megújításra kerül. A projekt „közösségi folyamatok kezdeményezése és megvalósítása” eleméhez széleskörű szakmai mentorálást biztosít az EFOP-1.3.1-15-2016-00001 azonosítószámú, „Cselekvő közösségek – aktív közösségi szerepvállalás” című kiemelt projektet megvalósító konzorcium.
